The rules and conditions for using the services of Livingston Firm.
These terms apply to all services and advice provided by Livingston Firm (hereinafter: "the Consultancy"). By using our services, you agree to these terms. The Consultancy specializes in business advice, corporate structures, and legal support for mergers and acquisitions.
Obligations of the Consultancy: The Consultancy will provide the agreed services (such as strategic advice on process optimization, contract law, and commercial dispute resolution) to the best of its ability and with due care. All advice is based on the information provided by you.
Obligations of the Client: You are obliged to provide complete, accurate, and timely information necessary for the provision of our services. You must refrain from actions that could hinder the proper execution of the services.
The liability of Livingston Firm is in all cases limited to the amount paid out under our professional liability insurance. The Consultancy is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, or lost profits. Our services are intended solely for business advice as described. We do not provide services in the areas of family law, religious matters, matters concerning children, or medical disciplinary law.
Fees are agreed upon in writing in advance. Invoices are payable within 14 days of the invoice date. In case of late payment, the Consultancy is entitled to charge statutory interest and recover any collection costs from you.
The agreement can be terminated by either party in writing, subject to a notice period of one month. The Consultancy has the right to terminate the agreement immediately if the client defaults on payments or seriously breaches its obligations under these terms.
Livingston Firm reserves the right to amend these terms unilaterally. Amendments take effect after publication on our website. Dutch law applies to these terms. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the location of the Consultancy.
